Here are a couple of tips for getting the most out of the call:
- if you have trouble getting on the line, go to the webcast link and select Listen In. From there you can select to listen in by web or by phone – and then get a local phone number as well.
- if you have call-waiting, you should temporarily disable it by dialing *70 prior to calling in. Check with your service provider to learn how to disable.
- for better quality sound, I recommend using a landline versus a VOIP phone, as VOIP phones tend to have feedback and make the line noisy.
- while speaker phones are great for being hands-free, they can create noise on the line. If you do decide to use a speaker phone, please be courteous and use the hands-free mute as ruffling paper next to the phone can be hard on the ears of others.
