That’s what I hear when I go to restaurants and businesses – as a customer.
“You smile a lot.”
“You’re always laughing.”
I hadn’t really thought about it much until I was hearing that statement at just about every place I went.
As a result of smiling and laughing, I almost always get awesome customer service.
- I’ve received larger portions for the price of the smaller one at various restaurants.
- I’ve been given “it’s on the house” service.
- I’ve gotten the discounted rate on a hotel, when the discount period was over.
- Heck I’ve even had random customers offer to pay for my coffee at a coffee shop.
As a business owner – do you smile a lot?
If I can get great business because of smiling – can you too get great customers because of smiling?
